![]() Just make sure you give it a real chance before you quit. I recommend this game to anyone who likes puzzles because it is unique and just a really nice game overall. With parties you are able to refresh the 2 Pokémon you invite which allows you to get stars for the Pokémon you want to level up or make staff. I’m not sure how far in the game it is, but at some point you are able to start parties which in my opinion was a great idea. I’m not sure why people are giving this game one star when they obviously haven’t even given it a chance. I really like how no level is exactly the same and how you can change up any level just by changing the leader Pokémon. You only have 4 seconds to put the icons you want together and you have to plan out every move if you want to beat the level. I too thought it would be easy just from looking at the video of connecting the Pokémon icons, but boy was I wrong. I also had trouble on a couple of levels, but what fun is an easy game? They put power ups in the game for a reason and unlike other games they are relatively easy to obtain. I have seen some reviews on this game saying ‘I can’t get past level 20’ ‘it was cute at first but then I couldn’t get past this level without using a power up’ or whatever. ![]() In short, fun game, but some of the events and experience games could use just a little more tweaking to make them more satisfying and less frustrating/disappointing I wouldn’t be so bothered by it if a) premium wasn’t ridiculously expensive for an ages 4+ puzzle game, or b) it was more feasible that my team could achieve the end goals. That being said, it’s very hard to get some of the team rewards without getting premium for the extra points - and that right there is where I believe the pay to play does come in. Only major cons with the game are that it’s a bit of a grind to level up your Pokémon (just like the main games lol) and you’ll find it’s hard to keep your team active. I also find the game does a good job of having microtransactions, but not feeling pay to play. Wouldn’t be fun at all if it was dead simple. I’ve had a few challenging levels, but nothing I couldn’t beat. I personally don’t get any adults complaining about being stuck, especially before level 200. It’s not a game where you can swipe blindly and win like some candy crush style games, and I think that’s why some people complain about it being too “hard.” It’s an extremely mellow puzzle game, it does require a little bit of brain activity to get past level 20.
